The IESO Conservation Fund, led by the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO), supports projects that advance innovative conservation and demand management (CDM) initiatives in Ontario. The fund focuses on piloting or developing new technologies, practices, or programs that reduce electricity usage across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.
Access up to 75% of costs to a maximum $500,000 per application.
The program is open to for-profit businesses, non-profit organizations, and industry associations.
Projects must introduce practices or technologies that support Ontario’s goal of reducing electricity consumption.
